Parker’s Phastite® for Pipe non-welded connections are available for off-the-shelf stainless steel pipe sizes from ¾" to 2" in a variety of flexible configurations and shapes to accommodate most piping projects. Our common configurations are designed to the demanding needs of the oil and gas market and are also suited for many other applications found here. Phastite for Pipe Fittings

Deal Seal, known as Seal Sub, flanges provide an improved solution to high vibration and shock/water hammer loading with an "in-port" radial seal. With a variety of connection configurations for both Phastite and companion flange blocks and adapters to create an array of routing possibilities.

The 4-bolt flange is a proven connection technology. Its success is its simplicity; utilizing a static face-seal design featuring an o-ring with flange clamps and bolts that provide holding power. Available in multiple configurations this is a versatile connection when used with Phastite.

This port connection commonly used in North America is offered as a bridge between Phastite for Pipe and common threaded hydraulic adapters. A reliable port connection, it is offered with Phastite to allow terminations and breaks where adapting to a threaded connection or test point is needed.

Phastite for Pipe couplings are available in straight and 90 elbow configurations for when two pipes need to be permanently joined.

Phastite for Pipe connections are available in male and female connections as straights and 90 degree elbows. Used together with cold bending and flange blocks, shown in the auxiliary products below, Phastite can be installed in almost any pressure piping application.

Phastool 100

The Phastool 100 is a efficient tool used to permanently assemble by swaging all Phastite for Pipe fittings. One tool can assemble the complete range of sizes and connections offered for Phastite.

Attaching the fitting to the pipe is a one-step operation once in the Phastool, creating a permanent connection swaged in less than a minute.
