The Challenge
In an effort to meet the demand for increased flexibility from its baking machines, one manufacturer of various baking machines, including dough proofers, searched for the best valve control options and compared the top competitors. The system needed to be modular, scalable, and easily integrated.

The Solution
In typical fashion, Parker developed a valve solution using a standard PVL series valve setup with a simple modification to be preconfigured for each machine including electrical inputs and outputs. Pairing these with the Moduflex series filter and regulator ensured clean, top quality air with proper regulation.

Parker Stacking Valves offer instant control for all pneumatic actuators. Peripheral Modules are available and can be mounted directly to valves or used as a stand alone product. These modules answer the complementary needs of the cylinders, flow controls, pressure regulation or positioning.
