The Challenge
One of the largest manufacturers of rice sorting machinery in Korea had problems with competitor valves, including intermittent operation error and low speed operation. The current life cycle was under 500 million cycles and the customer wanted to reduce the space of the current manifold and improve machine performance.

The Solution
Parker Hannifin was successful in offering a complete solution, which improved valve performance, increased machine speed, improved flow, delivered a longer life cycle and reduced space. Further, the Parker product solution enabled the customer to remove the stainless steel tank, which gave an additional cost saving.

B-Series Ball Valves

ISO 15407-2 Valve
