Overview

Electrically driven washdown systems for frozen fruit or vegetable conveyor lines can be problematic. System cylinder and valve performance can be compromised by the effects of the low temperature environment and cleaning solution exposure.

The Solution

When paired with B Series valves, fittings and tubing, Parker’s P1D pneumatic low temperature cylinder offers a more robust solution. Shifting from a frequently failing electric sensor to a pneumatic sensor design eliminates frequent failure. Plus the Parker solution:
