Parker's route-based monitoring and diagnostics allow workers to take instant measurements of individual assets wirelessly, and record those measurements using their mobile device. Compared to traditional wired gauges, users spend less time getting measurements and can avoid potentially unsafe working conditions; e.g. monitoring mobile equipment.
The Voice of the Machine™ Mobile App puts vital information and analytics in the palm of your hand, alerting users to unexpected condition changes that may damage components and equipment.
The Voice of the Machine Mobile App is used for diagnostics and condition monitoring for predictive maintenance. It allows users to connect to Parker’s SensoNODE™ wireless sensors to gather measurements for a wide range of fluid and gas applications. The app offers real-time and historic trend information collected by SensoNODE™ wireless sensors and presents it in a way that makes sense to user’s operation, providing the analytics needed to optimize asset performance.
Data can also be easily exported and shared. As levels rise above or fall below user-defined thresholds, users are alerted to these events, giving them an opportunity to address potential issues that could harm the system over time, helping to reduce unplanned downtime and increase productivity.

SensoNODE Blue is Parker's series of Bluetooth-enabled sensors. Compact, energy efficient, and wireless, they are designed to provide simple and useful solutions for diagnostic and condition monitoring applications with mobile devices. SensoNODE monitors asset measurements to help predict problems and prevent downtime.
SensoNODE™ Blue Pressure Sensors are designed for accurate monitoring with the most commonly used pressures in industry.
Sensors are constructed with a durable, corrosion-resistant polycarbonate housing and fluorocarbon body seal for reliable use in even the harshest of conditions. Other features include:
Available as a standard, foot, probe, or clamp design sensor, SensoNODE™ Blue Temperature Sensors are designed for accurate tracking of in-line or ambient temperatures. Temperatures are measured in Fahrenheit or Celsius, as defined by the user, and provide readings in temperature ranges of:
Standard sensors are constructed with a durable, corrosion-resistant polycarbonate housing and fluorocarbon body seal for reliable use in even the harshest of conditions. Clamp sensors are made from a nylon housing material with a nitrile-based body seal. Other features include:
SensoNODE™ Blue Humidity Sensors measure 0% to 100% relative humidity and are ideal for both ambient and inert compressed gas monitoring applications.
Sensors should be mounted vertically.
Sensors are constructed with a durable, corrosion-resistant polycarbonate housing, as well as a fluorocarbon and nitrile body seal for reliable use in even the harshest of conditions. Other features include:
Parker's SensoNODE™ Flexible Displacement Sensors are soft, thin, conformable devices that can take accurate measurements and readings while being strained over 100% for millions of cycles. The sensors are made of a tough silicon rubber and can withstand the harshest environments from heat, cold, and shock to dust, vibration and moisture.
The SensoNODE™ Flexible Displacement Sensor integrates with Parker’s Voice of the Machine Software or direct wired interfaces. This allows users to connect their SensoNODE sensors to their mobile devices to receive diagnostic information. Voice of the Machine Software compiles the data and presents it in a way that makes sense to the user's operation, allowing them to track data in real-time and also review historic trends.
Why SensoNODE Flexible Displacement Sensor?
The Analog Connector turns any wired sensor into a wireless device, making it easier to monitor any asset.
Parker's ServiceJunior™ is now wireless - ServiceJunior™ CONNECT. The integrated digital pressure sensor, with minimum/maximum memory capability and graphic display, has a scan rate of 10ms and provides increased accuracy and faster frequencies to diagnostics.
The Wired Power Supply gives customers the ability to power wireless sensors from standard wall power. This allows for continuous, rapid measurement reporting without requiring battery replacement.
