It's typically held at Parker manufacturing facilities in Europe and USA but field based sessions for specific modules can also be requested. SBEX - small bore expert course

Learn to specify and install efficient, safe and leak-free small bore tubing systems.
Suitable for fitters, technicians and maintenance personnel, this course gives hands-on training to help your organisation save time, reduce overheads and increase safety.
 
SBEx courses are run by professionally-trained and equipped Parker Sales Companies and distributors and typically held at customers' premises with a maximum class size of 6 per session.
 
This training program covers the following topics:
 
• Tube identification
• Tube specification: wall thickness, materials and hardness, tube preparation, storage and handling
• Tube bending methods: spring back, tube gain, offset
• Fittings identification: size, material and heat code traceability
• Correct make up procedure
• Identification of different makes
• Practical demonstrations and test

Become a trainer - SBEx Train the trainer

The Small Bore Expert (SBEx) Train the Trainer course is designed to qualify Parker Sales Companies and distributors to conduct Parker's SBEx safety training to customers anywhere in the world and in the local language of the small bore installers.

There are currently four modules on offer and you can register to attend one or more modules. Each module is a one-day course, which will help improve your knowledge of low-, medium- or high-pressure small bore tubing systems as well as develop essential training skills.
On successful completion of the course, you will receive a 'Trainer' card and will be required to purchase the SBEx training kit/s.

This module covers an introduction to SBEx low pressure training material, practical exercise and assesment.
