The Purity Levels You Want and the Reliability You Need
Parker offers nitrogen generators for LCMS and solvent evaporation, tri gas generators for LCMS, ultra-high purity (UHP) nitrogen for ICP spectrometers, zero nitrogen generators for GC and makeup gas.
The Safer Choice
Parker offers hydrogen generators for fuel gas and fuel and carrier gas applications. Because only 100 mL of hydrogen gas is stored in the system at any time, an on-site hydrogen gas generator is a safe alternative to storing dangerous and expensive cylinders of helium and hydrogen. A hydrogen generator will produce a continuous supply of high purity gas without the need for operator attention. All generators meet the strict safety guidelines of the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA).
Increases Accuracy & Reduces Maintenance
Parker's Gas Stations provide hydrogen gas and zero grade air for Flame Ionization Detectors (FID) on Gas Chromatographs (GC). These systems are specifically designed to provide fuel gas and support air for 10-11 Flame Ionization Detectors, Flame Photometric Detectors (FPD), and Total Hydrocarbon Analyzers (THA). The FID Generators produces up to 250 cc/min of 99.9995% pure hydrogen with pressures up to 60 psig and up to 2500 cc/min of zero grade air.
Plug and Play Convenience
Parker Zero Air Generators generate ultra-high purity zero air with less than 0.05 total hydrocarbon content from a standard house compressed air supply. These plug and play systems require no complicated operating procedure or labor-intensive monitoring.
Reliable Performance in a Compact Design
Parker FT-IR Purge Gas Generators are specifically designed for use with FT-IR Spectrometers to provide a purified purge gas and air bearing gas from compressed air. The generators supply carbon dioxide-free air at less than -100°F (-73°C) dew point with no suspended impurities larger than 0.01 micron. The units are designed to operate continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each system offers cleaner background spectra in a shorter period of time and more accurate analysis by improving the signal-to-noise ratio. The generators are also ideally suited for use with CO2 Analyzers in addition to supplying other laboratory instruments.
Automatic Ultra-Dry Compressed Air
The Parker Ultra Dry Gas Generator provides ultra-dry, purified compressed air at -100°F (-73°C) dewpoint to analytical instruments. Each system is delivered ready for easy installation and includes a high efficiency prefiltration system, automatic drains, a 0.01 micron final filter, moisture indicator, and pretested controls. Installation consists of simply connecting a standard compressed air supply to the dryer inlet port and connecting the dryer outlet port to your instrument.
Cost-Effective, Hydrocarbon-Free and CO2-Free
Parker TOC Gas Generators purify an existing compressed air supply in carrier/combustion gas, for TOC instruments, eliminating the need to purchase expensive, inconvenient, high pressure cylinders of oxygen or nitrogen. The Parker Gas Generators utilize catalytic oxidation and pressure swing adsorption technologies to remove hydrocarbons to <0.05 ppm (measured as methane), CO2 to 1 ppm, and water vapor to 1 ppm (-100°F/-73°C dewpoint).
