Nitrogen Generators

The Purity Levels You Want and the Reliability You Need
Parker offers nitrogen generators for LCMS and solvent evaporation, tri gas generators for LCMS, ultra-high purity (UHP) nitrogen for ICP spectrometers, zero nitrogen generators for GC and makeup gas.

Parker Membrane Nitrogen Generators supply single or multiple liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LCMS) instruments with dry nitrogen at purities of 99% to 99.5%. Certain models are self-contained with compressors.
Nitrogen Generators for LCMS Applications
Ideal for any combination of sample evaporators up to 100 nozzle positions, Parker Nitrogen Generators for Solvent Evaporation incorporate unique membrane separation technology to produce pure, ultra-dry nitrogen at flow rates up to 160 slpm at 100 psig and up to 287 slpm at 125 psig.
Nitrogen Generators for Solvent Evaporation
Parker TriGas Series Gas Generators deliver pure nitrogen for curtain gas, zero grade air as gas-1/gas-2 source gases, and dry air to -40°F dew point as a source exhaust. These gases meet and exceed Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LCMS) requirements.
TriGas Generators for LCMS Applications
Parker Ultra High Purity (UHP) Nitrogen Generators for Gas Chromatography and other analytical applications transform standard laboratory compressed air to pure nitrogen at safe, regulated pressures.

Hydrogen Gas Generators

The Safer Choice
Parker offers hydrogen generators for fuel gas and fuel and carrier gas applications. Because only 100 mL of hydrogen gas is stored in the system at any time, an on-site hydrogen gas generator is a safe alternative to storing dangerous and expensive cylinders of helium and hydrogen. A hydrogen generator will produce a continuous supply of high purity gas without the need for operator attention. All generators meet the strict safety guidelines of the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA).

Parker Fuel & Carrier Gas Hydrogen Generators produce up to 1300 cc/min of ultra-high purity hydrogen. Applications for hydrogen include use as a fuel gas for Flame Ionization Detectors, as a reaction gas for Hall Detectors, and as a carrier gas to ensure absolute repeatability of retention times.
Hydrogen Generators for Fuel and Carrier Gas
Ideal fuel gas for up to 17 Flame Ionization Detectors, Parker Fuel Gas Hydrogen Generators use proton exchange membrane technology which requires no liquid electrolytes. The generator typically pays for itself in less than one year based on cylinder gas savings alone.

Gas Stations

Increases Accuracy & Reduces Maintenance
Parker's Gas Stations provide hydrogen gas and zero grade air for Flame Ionization Detectors (FID) on Gas Chromatographs (GC). These systems are specifically designed to provide fuel gas and support air for 10-11 Flame Ionization Detectors, Flame Photometric Detectors (FPD), and Total Hydrocarbon Analyzers (THA). The FID Generators produces up to 250 cc/min of 99.9995% pure hydrogen with pressures up to 60 psig and up to 2500 cc/min of zero grade air.

Parker's FID -1000NA and FID-2500NA Gas Stations provide hydrogen gas and zero grade air for Flame Ionization Detectors (FID) on Gas Chromatographs (GC). The FID Generator produces up to 250 cc/min of 99.9995% pure hydrogen with pressures up to 60 psig and up to 2500 cc/min of zero grade air.

Zero Air Generators

Plug and Play Convenience
Parker Zero Air Generators generate ultra-high purity zero air with less than 0.05 total hydrocarbon content from a standard house compressed air supply. These plug and play systems require no complicated operating procedure or labor-intensive monitoring.

Parker Zero Air Generators offer state-of-the art, highly reliable components engineered for easy operation and long term performance. These generators are easier to install than dangerous high pressure gas cylinders, requiring only a standard compressed air line & an electrical outlet.

FT-IR Purge Gas Generators

Reliable Performance in a Compact Design
Parker FT-IR Purge Gas Generators are specifically designed for use with FT-IR Spectrometers to provide a purified purge gas and air bearing gas from compressed air. The generators supply carbon dioxide-free air at less than -100°F (-73°C) dew point with no suspended impurities larger than 0.01 micron. The units are designed to operate continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each system offers cleaner background spectra in a shorter period of time and more accurate analysis by improving the signal-to-noise ratio. The generators are also ideally suited for use with CO2 Analyzers in addition to supplying other laboratory instruments.

Our FT-IR Purge Gas Generators significantly reduce the costs of operating all FT-IR instrumentation. Each generator is quiet, reliable, and easy to install – simply attach the inlet air and outlet purge lines, plug the power cord into a wall outlet, and enjoy trouble-free operation.

Ultra Dry Gas Generator

Automatic Ultra-Dry Compressed Air
The Parker Ultra Dry Gas Generator provides ultra-dry, purified compressed air at -100°F (-73°C) dewpoint to analytical instruments. Each system is delivered ready for easy installation and includes a high efficiency prefiltration system, automatic drains, a 0.01 micron final filter, moisture indicator, and pretested controls. Installation consists of simply connecting a standard compressed air supply to the dryer inlet port and connecting the dryer outlet port to your instrument.

Designed specifically for NMR instrumentation, this ultra dry generator is completely automatic and virtually maintenance free. Installed in thousands of locations, it is ideal for injecting, spinning, and lifting operations and recommended by major NMR instrument manufacturers.

TOC Gas Generators

Cost-Effective, Hydrocarbon-Free and CO2-Free
Parker TOC Gas Generators purify an existing compressed air supply in carrier/combustion gas, for TOC instruments, eliminating the need to purchase expensive, inconvenient, high pressure cylinders of oxygen or nitrogen. The Parker Gas Generators utilize catalytic oxidation and pressure swing adsorption technologies to remove hydrocarbons to <0.05 ppm (measured as methane), CO2 to 1 ppm, and water vapor to 1 ppm (-100°F/-73°C dewpoint).

Parker TOC Gas Generators ensure consistent, reliable operation and reduce instrument service and maintenance costs. Parker offers two compact, low flow, high purity models including the Model 625 with an output flow rate of 625 cc/min and the Model 1250 with an output flow rate of 1,250 cc/min.
