For many years Parker has provided best-in class hydraulic pump/motors. Parker now offers a full line of Electro-Hydraulic Pump (EHP) kits for hybrid electric and all electric mobile applications. EHP kits consist of an electric motor directly coupled to an hydraulic pump/motor. The electric motor, either an induction or permanent magnet type, is controlled by an highly intelligent mobile hardened inverter drive. The inverter provides real-time speed/torque commands and enables the use of all traditional hydraulic-pump flow/pressure control architectures. Control, operating performance, and diagnostic monitoring are accomplished through the inverter’s discrete I/O or CANopen interface.
