By using prefabricated components, Engineered System Solutions can produce modular power units at a low price and with short lead times. Various options allow a flexible adaption to the requirements of the particular application. Modular power units are particularly suitable as basis for building up complex hydraulic control systems. A stackable basic block gives the user the possibility of extending the power unit with additional control elements for the specific use.

  The mini power packs are made for applications with low flow rates used for e.g. clamping applications.

  Accu volume: 0 - 1 l (maximum pressure 350 bar)

  Operating specifications S-Pack:
  MIDI-Power-Packs for hydraulic applications with medium flow rates and reservoir volumes up to 70 liters based on standard aluminum reservoirs.

  Power rating: 0,75 kW – 7,5 kW
  Flow rate: 2,2 - 7,0 dm³ / min
  Outlet pressure: 250 or 350 bar
  Accu volume: 0 - 1 l (maximum pressure 330 bar)

  Operating specifications P-Pack:
  Modular Power Packs with standard steel oil reservoirs up to 250 liters and flow rates up to 42 liters/min at up to 280 bars working pressure. Valve interconnections allow to adjust the unit to a specific application and add control elements. Tube connection in EO-3^®.

  Power rating: 2,2 kW – 15,0 kW
  Flow rate: 15 - 42 dm³ / min
  Outlet pressure: 250 or 350 bar
  Accu volume: 0 – 20 l (maximum pressure 330 bar)
