Replacement Filter for an OEM Dust Collector
This new replacement cartridge is engineered to solve problems customers experience with the OEM brand filter. With greater pleat depth and proven design enhancements, beta site customers report lower pressure drop and longer filter life.
Design Improvements
- Engineered with a special metal top pan that resists bowing, a common issue found with the OEM filter
- Media surface area is up to 350 ft2 and has a much greater pleat depth providing a wider gasket contact area than an OEM filter for enhanced sealing
- No inner conical filter, creating a greater pleat depth and providing more effective use of media surface area
- The impressive construction of our filter includes a galvanized expanded metal-core, a urethane potting compound, and four reinforcement straps
A notable feature of this pulse-jet cartridge filter is how it can directly interchange with the OEM filter without any required modification of the dust collector. This allows the cartridge to be compatible for use in any application currently using the OEM filter with similar media.
Cartridge with a 52" PLEATPACK
Parker has developed dozens of OEM brand competitive fit filters, currently launching a 52" cartridge using a continuous, full-height pleatpack rather than stacking and joining two 26" tall cartridges which we see other filter manufacturers do. For our customers, this means less potential for leaks, no wasted media at the connection of the two sections, and lower overall cost – less labor and materials to make one full-height pleat pack.

Optimizing pleat geometry to balance filtration area, gas velocities, and dust release is key to the Advanced Airflow Technology that keeps airflow passages free of dust accumulation in the new BHA TotalPleat™ filters. Dust doesn’t get trapped as it will in the OEM filter.
