Single Screen Filters
Parker offers a complete line of meshes in carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, and 316 stainless steel. We have the most extensive inventory of tools and dies in the industry to meet your size and shape requirements. We also carry some stock of Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy, brass, Nichrome and other exotic alloys.
Spot Welded Filters
Let us take the labor and guesswork of building up single screens out of your process. Spot welded filters are resistance welded together at precise points, avoiding disturbance of the polymer flow. The location and number of spot welds can be customized for your process. Spot weld packs provide ease of operation, better inventory control, improved process control, and quality.
Rimbound Filters
Rimbound Filters utilize a seamless frame-typically of aluminum, copper, or stainless steel, to contain a specific filter pack combination. Rimbound Filters help ease operations, provide better sealing around the edge of the breaker plate, and provide strict filtration and quality control. Binders can be tailored to your exact dimensions and tolerances.
Cylinders
We manufacture all shapes and sizes of screens and filters. Whether you need long, short, single- or multi-layered cylinders we can mass produce them or create a prototype for new applications according to your specifications.
Gaskets
Along with screen packs, the synthetic fiber industry utilizes gaskets and seals with each pack configuration. Seals are an essential part of the spin pack operation. Their success depends on the proper engineering and design of size, alloy, and material hardness. Our vast inventory of tooling and variety of production methods allow us to manufacture virtually any shape of gasket or seal needed.
