Helac's History
Founded by Paul Weyer in 1968 under the name of Weyer Machine, the company turned its focus exclusively to helical rotary actuators in 1982 and changed its name to Helac. The PowerTilt construction attachment was introduced in 1988. In 2017, Helac was acquired by Parker Hannifin Corporation. Today Parker-Helac has grown to over 300 employees in a 155,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Enumclaw, Washington.
