Airline operators can call the customer response center any time of the day or night to address aircraft-on-the-ground issues. Parker Aerospace staff members are available at the center around the clock to ensure immediate service. No matter what Parker Aerospace aftermarket product is needed, the customer response center team can find the closest spare available and arrange urgent shipment and delivery.

AOG technical assistance

Parker Aerospace Global Customer Response Center staff members answer all calls to the center, providing broad knowledge and information for technical issues on all Parker Aerospace aftermarket systems and technologies, ranging from flight control actuation, hydraulics, fuel and inerting, fluid conveyance, and pneumatics. When appropriate, they connect with experienced subject matter experts to provide seasoned and broad expertise to even the most challenging issues.

Spare parts quotations, order execution, and shipments

The customer response center is the central source of a broad array of information, including order placement, order status, requests for quotation, order expediting, supplier portal management, and problem resolution.

Customer inventory and asset management

Parker Aerospace asset management experts are available to evaluate customer inventory needs and ensure proper stocking levels to ensure that those needs are met. Repair logistics are enabled through access to in-region inventory, rotable units, and exchange programs. Asset pool management is supported through dedicated customer inventory pooling and leasing as well as the utilization of non-dedicated inventory pools.
