The organisation is a joint venture between Parker Aerospace, the world’s foremost manufacturer of hydraulic flight control actuation systems and components with extensive engineering expertise in motion and control, and SIA Engineering Company, a leading global MRO company providing total maintenance solutions to an expanding client base of international airlines.
ACE Services specialises in the repair and overhaul of flight control actuators, power control units, thrust reverser and landing gear actuators, valves and pumps for the Boeing 737, 747, 757, 777, 787, and Airbus A319, A320, A330, and A380. The company has a highly qualified engineering and operations team with extensive knowledge in the repair and overhaul of hydraulic components, capable of providing quick and accurate diagnostics, as well as innovative engineering solutions to suit customers’ needs.
Besides being a Parker’s Centre of Excellence and an authorised warranty repair centre in the region, the company is also a Boeing-approved repair centre. In addition to Parker Aerospace products, the company has the capability to repair hydromechanical components from other OEMs.
ACE Services is also the first independent hydraulic repair service centre in the region capable of providing hydraulic testing services up to 5,000 psi for such technologically advanced aircraft as the Airbus A380, Boeing 787, and Airbus 350.
Since the company’s inception in 2005, ACE Services has grown exponentially. From a handful of customers at its start, it now supports more than 70 international airlines and other MRO customers in the region. The company takes pride in its ability to provide customers with superior quality and outstanding customer service, while keeping prices affordable and turnaround time (TAT) brief. To enhance customer support, ACE Services also offers 24/7 AOG support and rotable exchanges, loaners, and leasing services. With a TAT of below 10 days, it boasts one of the shortest TAT for repair and overhaul of hydraulic components in the industry.
